I’m always on the lookout for good coffee, so when Booskerdoo opened nearby in Fair Haven earlier this year, I had to check it out right away. The shop is beautifully simple- warm and inviting, with an industrial feel. Baristas are super friendly and tables are always crowded with locals who have really embraced the shop (Booskerdoo literally ran out of coffee in their opening weekend, they were so slammed).
They offer a variety of signature blends, fair trade organic, and single origin coffees, such as Jersey Diner Style, Papua New Guinea, and Bali Blue Moon Organic. All coffee is brewed in Booskerdoo’s Monmouth Beach Roastery.
Desserts are baked on site and you can even order your holiday pies from bakery. While I have yet to try the pies, I’m sure they are delicious based on the awesome Nutella pumpkin tart I had during a recent visit.
They even have an area outside for your dogs to hang out! Water dishes, a leash, toys, and a “welcome dogs” sign are right next to the outdoor seating. You have no excuse- go there now and get your coffee on.
