I don’t know about you, but I think meal planning is one of the most stressful things of the entire week. On weeks where I don’t think ahead on Sunday and write out a meal plan, without fail there will be panic come late afternoon on Monday. What are we eating tonight?
SO- here is the answer. A meal planning sheet with attached shopping list is a lifesaver. Stick it on your fridge and then during the week you can fill it in whenever, see what’s running low in the fridge, and then on the weekend, cut the list off and head to the grocery store. Easy peasy.
